A semi rearended me. I hit the concrete median twice and went spinning. My vehicle is totaled. I came out of it with a black eye, swollen nose and a busted lip. I have also shoulder, back and neck pain. I am also suffering from headaches. The semi’s insurance company is saying it is his fault and have covered a rental car. It is a reputable insurance company from what I have looked up on the internet. They said they need to send an insurance adjuster to assess the damages. This lawyer keeps calling me and wants to meet with me. What do I do to go over paperwork? The acccident happend 3 days ago. I have pictures with price Xenical me with a black eye, busted lip, and buted up nose. This was a commercial gas truck that rear-ended me. Should I go through a lawyer? I have handled most of it myself so far.

I have done the big firm thing and found it lacking in many ways. I’m a Georgetown educated attorney who has been working in the intellectual overseas online pharmacy property department of a notable firm for 4 years. Are there any solo practitioners out there who can tell me how you got started? Or if you know a successful solo attorney can you tell me a little about what kind of law they practice? I’m "shot-gunning" for information, thus the question here.

Thanks to anyone who responds!
