commercial property LLC or S-corp?

I have a client who has commercial property buy drugs online with her sister so 50-50 between him and his sister. Attorneys are advising me to put the property under S-corp instead of LLC. I thought LLC is better. What are the advantages for S-corp. Please help

i don’t see the advantage. LLC that is owned by a c corp seems to be the best all around format.
