I WAS TENANT PAID FULL RENT ON TIME FOR THE FIRST 11 YEARS BUT WITH THE ECONOMY SINCE AUG 2008 I MADE PARTIAL RENTAL PAYMENT, BUT CONTACTED THE MANAGEMENT & LANDLORD OF MY INABILITY TO PAY FULL RENT DUE TO LACK OF SALES AND TRIED TO NEGOTIATE FROM AUG 2008 TILL 02/5/2009 FINALLY HAD TO CLOSE DOWN THE STORE ! THE PLAZA HAS BEEN ONLY 40% OCCUPIED SINCE 01/01/08 , THEREFORE VERY LITTLE TRAFFIC, NOW SERVED COURT PAPERS & CANNOT AFFORD A ATTORNEY , WHAT SHOULD I DO Buy Propecia Online ???

Are your business finances separated from your personal finances? I hope they are or this is going to affect your credit big time if you have an eviction on there. However if you have separated everything (business is an LLC,or similar) I wouldn’t worry to much and show up for court.
You still have to show up for court, if you get the charge against you , you have to pay it out. your not in the right here.
You have a sad story, but no convincing argument against the civil suit that will be brought to you. More than likely, you will owe your back rent, and you will have a judgment against you. Hopefully, you can come toa settlement and arrange to make payments to your landlord so it doesn’t affect your credit.
