My sis and I are having a hard time finding an attorney to draw up a lease for the commercial building we own and are leasing out. They either don’t do real estate, are too busy right now, or refuse to give us ballpark figure of cost Viagra buy cheap unless I pay them a huge fee for a consult.
So, has anybody used a website to draw up your lease?? How can we add specific important details if I use a website?

If you’re doing a standard lease, you should be able to do it yourself. If your lease is a complicated one, I would suggest waiting for an attorney or searching on line for a commercial lease that contains the provision you’re looking for and duplicate the language. A standard lease can be found at http://www.smartagreements.com/pdf-files-locked-no-print/commercial-lease-agreement.pdf.
Search "real estate attorney" and that should solve your problem
Plenty of stuff on the web and free too. Go with google "building lease form"
Having a powerhouse attorney in your corner makes a world of difference. Whether it be a medical malpractice attorney or a sharp real estate lawyer, you can do a lot more with a legal expert than you could otherwise.
