No. They can continue posting it until the missing attorney complains.
Sometimes, firms pay former attorneys to have their pics posted, especially if the attorney has achieved some level of fame.
If they didn’t give up their rights to the picture and are objecting to it being on the website, yes.
It will have to within a reasonable time, certainly if they are accredited as a lawyer or a Partner on the site. It’s not like the former employee just flipped burgers. When you falsely claim that a lawyer is working for you when they are not it counts as false advertising. Clients will pick a law firm based on the expertise of it’s lawyers.
If the details are still there 30 days after termination I would email the webmaster and also give the firm a call.
