How can I become a partner in a Wisconsin Law firm when I am not an attorney?

You can’t. There are ethical rules against it.
You could if you had plenty of money
Provide services in administration and client acquisition so valuable they have to make you a partner
Go to college, get a law degree, pass the bar exam, work hard for ten years 20 hours a day and they could make you a partner. If you think that you know enough about the law see if they will let you challenge the bar exam and if you pass they may give you the privilege to practice law. Pay the test fees, take three days off of work and take your chances.
Spam is an idiot. Good luck, pal, attend night school, get the law degree, pass the state bar and then open your own law firm. You’ll not only be partner, but owner as well. Oh yeah, and you’ll have a leg up on most of us for reservations in hell. Being from Wisconsin, I feel embarrassed at having to see such an idiotic question.
