Under what circumstances is an Appeals buy antibiotics Officer likely to transfer a case back to the originating function?
This sounds lie a homework question. There isn’t really enough info to give a decent response.
Dear J: Not sure where you are in the Appeals process, but one thought that comes to mind is if Fraud is suspected.
Only in a rare an extinuating circumstance. Once you reach the Appeals level it is finalized -resolved there or rejected outright. You don’t get a "do over".
