A debate between Michael Louis Minns, noted tax attorney and author, with former IRS Commissioner Sheldon Cohen.

@iwtfunow I don’t have a high opinion of lawyers, but why do you say that? I know the premise of the book, but I haven’t read it. Is it worth reading?
@iwtfunow I’ll look up the cases as I don’t have them off the top of my head. I know he didn’t defend Bannister, but I have Bannister on tape calling him one of the best tax atorneys in the country
@iwtfunow Is that how he wins his cases, by not knowing his clients legal positions? Also, why would someone like Joe Bannister call him one of the best tax attorneys in the country?
@iwtfunow Apparently you’re not familiar with his work.
This lawyer needs to represent Sherry Peel Jackson ASAP!
fuck the IRS that shit is fraudulent
OMG…this Michael Minns guy rocks. He lays the IRS in bed and tucks them in…LOL
Also, if Michael Minns can show up without dark sunglasses to a live debate, why can’t Cohen do the same?
Michael Minns really tells it like it is on the IRS here, but why is Cohen wearing the dark glasses for? He looks like the Emperor from Star Wars or something. Is he evil under those dark glasses or what?
Which victory was that?
I saw this video elsewhere and agree that Minns has a lot to say that is worthwhile.
Have you noticed how many cases Minns wins! He just had a HUGE victory a couple of weeks ago.
Right on target!
Yeah…because they are guilty. The IRS knows that individuals are less likely to fight back. BTW…anybody else notice that the (former) IRS Commissioner, Sheldon Cohen, looks a lot like Leonard Cohen?
Wow, this guy really nails the IRS…
