Here is ’the law’: Title 26
Section 1, imposes the tax
Section 61 defines Gross income
Section 63 defines Taxable income.
Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and
Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

this old man is confused over the argument about the Fed not getting the legal two thirds vote to privately coin the money and the right of the U.S. Treasury to collect an income tax on Title 26 subchapter A. They are seperate although the tax collected by the IRS on behalf of the U.S. Treasury is deposited at the Federal Reserve ( central babk ). creating and coining the money is seperate from collectinmg it as a tax. Mr Schiff was convicted and sentenced to 12 years 7 months in a Federal correctional institute for tax fraud in 2008…His son Peter still appears on Fox with similar crackpot views..

interesting…last year I got more money back from taxes than I put in. The real secret is to limit your income, then you rake it in during tax season. Iwrin went through a lot of hassel and broke even, just quit working and you get a reward.

No judge in the history of the U.S. has ever ruled that wages were not income (Irwin’s claim), or that Congress could not tax wages. So, in order to believe that all of the rulings against tax protesters are the result of ignorant, corrupt judges, you must believe that every single judge in the history of the United States has been ignorant or corrupt. That doesn’t sound likely.

You can’t go into court and argue things that have been settled law for decades. He had ZERO evidence of his claims that wages are not taxable income. You can’t argue that the law you are charged with doesn’t exist….that is just stupid. He was fine with income tax until a Ponzi scheme he was involved with fell apart and he lost his and his investors money.
