Is there a reason that Attorney’s and judges take a different oath than defendants,plaintifs and witnesses?

There is a definite GAP between THEM AND US! Did you know that if you capitalize the First letter of Your First and Last Name that that indicates that you are a slave with rights? If your name is ALL in caps (like when the IRS writes to you) you are a DEbtor Slave with NO RIGHTS. If your name is ALL lower case you are a free man. But where do they ever tell us this stuff? They do NOT.
When you go into court and you push that little gate open and walk thru “past the bar” you are acknowledging that you are being tried by a military maritime court … thus the frills on the US FLAG in all the courtrooms (maritime flag of the admiralty).
The “Elite” communicate in codes and identify each other thru their corporate logos and such.
