According to the California Attorney Generals court papers:
One of the most disturbing choices she (Roni Deutch) made was to direct at least $12,000 to her brother, Scott Juceam, from November 2010 to January 2011. (Id. at~ 21, Exh. 18.) After the Court issued its Preliminary Injunction on November 17, 2010, which limited the ways in which Deutch could conduct her business, Juceam began to prepare to launch a tax debt resolution
company, which he refers to as the Juceam Group, and to run this company from one ofthe Roni Deutch Tax Center (RDTC) locations that he operates. (Id. at~~ 19-20, Exhs. 20-21.) The timing ofDeutch’s transfer of $12,000 to her brother perfectly coinCided with the launch ofthe Juceam Group, which began to advertise as early as January 3, 2011. (Id. at~ 20, Exh. 21.)
Roni Deutch did not give a dollar to start the Juceam Group. Any such statements are false. The Juceam Group was launched as result of the damage the lawsuit caused the Roni Deutch Tax Centers. My abilities and knowledge in buisness gives me the opportunity to open my own Resolution Company that caters to taxpayers who are in need of assistance in their communications with the IRS and any other entity that is taking advantage of them. I am not hiding behind an alias or fake name either.

The Juceam Group is the leftovers from Roni Deutch law firm.: The court documents claim Deutch has all but turned into herself into a one woman, 24 hour shredding machine. According to California Attorney General Kamala Harris, Deutch has shredded 2.1 million documents needed to prosecute her. However, when telephoned the Tax Lady’s “New Client” representative said while her law firm is not accepting new clients right now,they are referring them. The representative named the Juceam Group
Scott Juceam is NOT an attorney, he was a bill collector for 10 years for his illegite sister Roni Deutch who’s law firm was closed down for FRAUD. Now the Juceam Group has been charged by the state with FRAUD. Consumers BEWARE! Savethechildren
SCOTT JUCEAM IS ALOT NOT SO GOOD THINGS, BUT SCOTT JUCEAM IS NOT AN ATTORNEY!
Uh oh. If Juceam is not a licensed attorney, even being on a site called wowattorney “choosing and awesome attorney” would likely be considered practicing law without a license, or at least falsely representing one’s self as an attorney. Maybe Juceam could clear that issue up with his law school of graduation and Bars of which he is a member. That is pretty serious.
My daughter’s modest salary is garnished on behalf of Pappas $ Co. (representing Discover Bank). The debt started as $4000 and is now approx. $7500 because of added interest.
She tried without success to get a settlement.
Can you help obtaining a reasonable settlement?

The Juceam group agreed top pay 73,000 in fines for fraud! BBB:’On November 3, 2011, Funtax, Inc. D/B/A The Juceam Group, Scott Juceam and Robert Forsythe entered into a Final Judgment with the Court to resolve all matters. The Juceam Defendants do not admit any of the allegations in the complaint, but agreed to stipulate the judgment to avoid further litigation. Judgment in the amount of $72,350 was entered against the Defendants.’
Anymore questions about the Juceam Group?
$12,000 isn’t much of a start for a business – but every bit counts. The big question is – was Deutch smart enough to hide her money well in advance of the attorney general lawsuit. Avertising as a lawyer when you are not is a serious offense. This is not a joke and should be reported. Does anyone have any new news on where the Roni Deutch case currently stands? It’s like it fell off the map. I would have assumed that Juceum was involved in that as well. A lot of folks are wandering if justice will be served.
Can’t believe this guy opened a firm under his own name after seeing what happened to his sister. The only logical reason for doing it would be to sound like you are a law firm. This whole thing is sad. It was devestating for the Deutch, Ross, and Juceum family, the former employees, the franchisees,the law firm customers, and all of these parties’ families. This is not light stuff. I’m glad no one has committed suicide yet. I’m just surprised that Scott is willing to plunge head first into the same tar pit that’s already caused so many people so much pain. Doesn’t seem very smart. From what I’ve read on other sites, his business practices haven’t changed from the way they operated under Roni Lynn Deutch’s law firm. Maybe a hole will open up in the earth and swallow this business before more damage is done.

Scott Juceam is Roni Douchbags brother. Birds of feathers flock together. I thing the whole Deutch group should be in prison.
Now that Roni Deutchs former managing attorneys at her law firm, M Johnson and G Flahive, went to jail on many felonies, will the Ca AG try to have them flip on Roni Deutch and the Juceam Group? I would guess that they have plenty of information that could put Roni and Juceam in prison for a long time.
