Fifty one years old , have practiced law successfully for 25 offshore pharmacies years.Some health problems,but generally good.Business and commercial litigation (trial attorney) background
Do you still want to practice law? If so, corporate counsel / general counsel (in-house) sounds good (especially with the business and commercial litigation background). Or in-house counsel (defense) for an insurance company is good.

Since you have a litigation background, have you ever thought about working for an insurance company doing litigation work?
The cases are pretty straight forward.
