Need order medicine online help on some purchasing some tax liens and how to find the meanings of the above words. Thanks in advance.
tax lien- is a lien by the government on a piece of real property due to no payment. If it the property is sold then the govt. gets their money first, however much it is, before anyone else . A lis pendens is similar in that it specifies a lien against a particular piece of property although in this form it is done through judgements by a court.
