my nephew-14, stole from target, and got 3 charges, 2 were dropped and he was charged with one felony of commercial burglary in california. (THis is his first offense!) The Probation recommended word of the court, which takes rights away from his parents & could be until hes 21. His parents just hired a Private Attorney today, and the attorneys going to try to get 6 months of informal probation for him, Do You think its possible to get that even though the probations reccomondations are word of the court??? And the attorneys going to try to get the felony charge dropped to a misdemeanor even though he pleaded guilty to the Buy Generic Levitra felony. ANY ONE KNoW Wat MIGHT Happen???
