when filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy, what tax forms does the attorney need? Is he just looking for the W-2?

My attorney is very strict and he does not want any extra documents. I do not want to ask him this simple buying antibiotics online question because he will just refer me to the bankruptcy basics packet. Does anyone know how to answer this?
