I was following up on a sales call with my contact who is a partner at a law firm and accidentally dialed the wrong extension. I got another attorney who is his partner, and when I asked for my Buy Drugs contact he told me that he no longer worked there. I later dialed the correct extension and spoke directly to my contact. Why would the other guy say that my contact was no longer there?
Didn’t post this to read people’s opinions about lawyers. Really don’t care what you think about them.

Might me the simple difference between being a partner and renting office space. He could have one time been a partner, and was bought out and now just rents office space. The two can be mutually exclusive.
