Texas Attorney General submitted my name to the IRS Offset Program after I sougt relief through a motion to modify child support amount. Want to now how to be buy doxycycline online removed off of this because my tax return checks get taken even though I have money garnished from my pay each month

I hope I understood your situation correctly. If you owe the IRS back taxes, they will continue to intercept your refunds until the debt is paid, even if they are also garnishing wages or taking other enforcement actions. Federal law requires the IRS to do this, so it is not negotiable.
To reduce the amount intercepted, you may want to reduce the amount you are having withheld from your pay. (See your company’s HR or payroll person for this; you may need to do a new W-4 for them.) You want to try to strike a balance between overpaying (which causes a refund, which gets intercepted) and underpaying (which will cause you to owe income tax at the end of the year).
If you can enter into a voluntary agreement with the IRS, they should stop the garnishment. However, they will continue intercepting refunds until everything has been paid. I hope that helps you. Good luck.
